Unless specified otherwise, your order will be posted 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 24 hours of receiving your order, but this is not always possible. If there is going to be a long delay in posting your item(S), then we will contact you to inform you of this.
Shipping outside of the UK
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote and payment details as this will be based on the weight of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that you may incur.
It is important that you are happy with your purchase, however buying online is not always easy, so we aim to make the returns process as straight forward as possible.

If you wish to return an item(S), the refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(S) and sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(S).

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged & in their original condition.
Items must be in original packaging with all original labels still attached.
We advise that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain proof of posting should an item go missing. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.

Original postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs.
Upon receipt of your item, you will receive a confirmation email. you can expect refunds to be processed within a 7 day time frame via your original method of payment.
